Are you passionate about sustainability, clean water, and climate justice? We’re looking for a motivated and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant Intern – LinkedIn Outreach and Digital Engagement.

This paid, part-time remote internship offers the opportunity to support a mission-driven organization that brings clean, hot water to families in off-grid and climate-vulnerable communities. The position is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in social impact communications and digital marketing.

A Role That Makes a Difference:

As our Digital Engagement Intern, you will play a key role in expanding Solvatten’s professional network and digital presence. Your efforts will help strengthen partnerships, raise awareness, and drive real-world impact through thoughtful storytelling and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send 200 targeted LinkedIn connection requests weekly to ESG managers, sustainability leaders, climate funders, and humanitarian stakeholders.
  • Write 5–10 thoughtful, mission-aligned comments per day on relevant posts.
  • Post 3–5 updates weekly on Solvatten’s LinkedIn page to engage and inform our community.
  • Invite new contacts to join Solvatten’s growing LinkedIn group.
  • Manage and track sponsored posts and paid LinkedIn ads monthly.
  • Promote and measure downloads of a monthly case story for lead generation.
  • Use tools like Apify and Zapier to gather insights and automate outreach.
  • Analyse LinkedIn activity and maintain a data dashboard to inform campaign strategy.
  • Help secure at least four meetings per week with relevant stakeholders through proactive outreach.

Who You Are:

  • A reliable and self-motivated communicator with strong written English skills.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and eager to learn digital tools like Phantombuster, Apify, and Zapier.
  • Interested in climate action, social innovation, and sustainable development.
  • Available to work 12–15 hours per week, remotely and independently (CET timezone preferred).

What We Offer:

  • A flexible, paid internship (6+ months).
  • A chance to develop skills in professional networking, digital marketing, and impact communications.
  • Real-world experience working with a social enterprise driving change in water accessability and climate resilience.
  • Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
