In a tough competition, Mrs. Petra Wadström, founder of Solvatten, is awarded the EU Prize for Women Innovators. In this European-wide competition focus was placed on recognizing the most-talented and successful woman entrepreneur in Europe. The Solvatten Company has provided a unique combination of clean, hot water to over 250 000 recipients world-wide.

The EU Prize for Women Innovators was launched in 2011 to give public recognition to outstanding women entrepreneurs who brought their innovative ideas to the market.

What started as a dream a little over 10 years ago, the strong results of providing Solvatten to so many women and families in the world tell their own story.
