Job Opportunity: Donor and Administration Manager at Solvatten

 

Do you want to make a difference? We at Solvatten are looking for a dedicated and responsible Donor and Administration Manager to strengthen our team. You will play a central role in both Solvatten AB and Solvatten Insamlingsstiftelse (with a 90-account), with varied tasks and opportunities for continuous development. This full-time position is split between work at Solvatten AB and the Solvatten Charitable Foundation.

Responsibilities:

For Solvatten Insamlingsstiftelse (Solvatten Charitable Foundation):

• Care of donor relationships: Maintain and develop existing relationships with donors, both individuals and companies.

• Develop strategies to increase the number of donors and the scope of donations.
• Drive fundraising efforts: Write grant applications, not limited to foundations, reach out to potential donors, and plan fundraising campaigns.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Manage databases of donors and their donations.
• Send thank-you letters and receipts to donors.
• Evaluate and report on results of donor relationships and fundraising to the board.
• Ongoing financial compilation.
• Ongoing communication with ongoing projects.

For Solvatten AB:

• Ensure Solvatten® reaches the world! Coordinate exports and handle shipping issues for national and international customers.

• Maintain contact and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth shipping, customs handling, and distribution.

• Handle orders from the webshop and warehouse. Ensure accurate delivery.

• Invoice management: Handle incoming and outgoing invoices and other documentation related to sales and delivery.

• Collaborate with accounting consultants and provide data for financial periodic reporting and reports.

• Participate in meetings and prepare reports.

 

Your Qualifications:

• Relevant education in finance, administration, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in donor relations, fundraising with a 90-account, and administrative work.

• Knowledge and experience in shipping, export processes, and invoicing.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Self-motivated with initiative and project management skills.

• Experience with web shop management and administrative systems/FortNox is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM and accounting systems as well as Office programs.
